Adam Holt

Adam Holt is a person in long-term recovery that has served on the board of RecoveryATX as vice-president and the recreation committee chair. He is also the Executive Director of Outsiders Anonymous and the CEO for The Unbranded Fitness. Adam's post-graduate research focuses on the biological effects of physical activity in the brain during early substance use termination. Adam, a veteran of the United States Army, lives in Buda, TX with an amazing wife, feral children, and dreams coming true every day.
