Conrado Markel

Conrádo is a dedicated and passionate supporter of mental heath initiatives and the recovery community of Central Texas. His work in the non-profit communities of Austin, has empowered Conrádo to embrace a mission of service and serve as a change maker and advocate for the wellbeing of those in need.

He currently works in the mental health and recovery space, connecting and helping musicians and music industry professionals pay for therapy and recovery resources through the work of The SIMS Foundation. Conrado also facilitates Sober Space during the annual SXSW Festival, consults on large scale events, and is currently working on his RSPS certification. 

He lives in Central Austin with his husband. They have shared over 20 years of marriage together which Conrádo considers the greatest gift in life he has ever been given.
