My Recovery Story - Jenna Neasbitt

Jenna Neasbitt is a woman in sustained recovery from substance use disorder. Curr

ently, Jenna serves as Recovery Specialist at Center for Social Innovation providing technical training and assistance as part of the Opioid Response Network. This work specifically focuses on the federally-funded State’s Targeted Response to Opioids across the nation. Jenna is endorsed by the National Alliance for Medication Assisted Recovery as a Trainer for Certified MAT Advocates, an Adjunct Instructor for the National Recovery Institute with Faces and Voices of Recovery, and a Site Reviewer with the Council on Accreditation of Peer Recovery Support Services.

Jenna is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, received a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University with a focus on Industrial and Organizational systems, and has undertaken post-graduate work with a focus on addiction. Jenna has worked in public and private sectors, as well as a Single State Agency, focusing on Opioid Response, Recovery Supports, and Recovery Residences. Jenna lives in Georgetown, Texas, with her husband, two children, and many spoiled pets.
